How does the process work?

Once an order is placed, we will reach out to the email provided to ask any questions we have about the instructions given and ask for some photos of the person that we need to create the artwork. 
You need to send us the photos of the person as per the instructions given below in (What kind of photo should I provide?).
Once we receive all the photos and have a clear idea of the requirement and the pose required we will get started with a basic sketch which we will then send back to you for approval. We will keep making changes to the artwork as per your feedback sending you newer artwork versions till we reach the final artwork. Once everything looks perfect we will email you the final detailed artwork in High Resolution formats.

What kind of photo should I provide?

Photos should meet the following criteria
For the FACE – Smiling & Happy expression, Front Facing, Clear, High Resolution format, all details of the face & hair should be clearly visible.
For the BODY – Front Facing, Clear, the persons body type/structure should be clearly identifiable.

Do you Have Samples of the kind of photos I should provide?

Yes, Check below few samples of the correct kind of photos that you should send.

 Can I see the artwork before purchasing it?

Unfortunately we can only start working on the artwork after it has been purchased. Our website does provide samples of the poses before you make your purchase. So you can choose the custom pose that you like the most and your final artwork will be based on that custom pose. Also we assure you that we will try our best to ensure that the final artwork is completed 100% to your satisfaction. We also keep you up to date throughout the process, sending you sketches for approval as we go on implementing your feedback until the final artwork comes out just right.

 How is the artwork made?

All of our artworks are hand made digitally using the latest technologies, software and tools.

 Do you use any templates?

Yes we have created some of our own project specific templates, This is done to ensure that each artwork is completed to the Highest Quality Standards.

How long does it take from when I place my order until I receive the artwork?

Typically the process takes 10 to 12 days from the time of order, depending on how many changes you would like us to make (we are more than happy to make the changes).

Can I customise my artwork?

Absolutely! Our goal is to make precisely the artwork you want. You can give us as detailed an instruction as you would like and will work to incorporate each requirement into the artwork. However kindly note that there will be extra nominal charges for any custom specific additional requests (if any) such as: A Completely New Pose,  A Specific Background to be included, Specific prop to be included. Customer will be informed via email of the extra charges (if any).

In what size/resolution is the final artwork delivered?
The artwork is delivered in the standard file size of 2200 pixels (width) x 2800 pixels (height) at resolution of 300 dpi.
If customer needs the final size/resolution higher than the above then it needs to be informed when submitting the project and extra charges(if any) will be informed.

I don’t have a clear idea of how the artwork should look, what should I do?

Not a problem. We are here to help and can offer suggestions and guidance to help to get the project moving.

What is your policy for International orders?

Currently we DO NOT process International orders, However in future we have a plan to upgrade our website to process international orders.

What is your shipping/return policy?

Shipping policy is not applicable as currently we ONLY offer the online mode of digital product delivery.

No Returns are possible as currently we only provide our customers with online delivery of the Final artwork files.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately currently its not possible for us to process refunds. So refunds are not possible. If you have an issue with the final artwork, please contact us and we will try our best to complete all your feedback changes 100% to your satisfaction.
